Please join us in welcoming Sid Jacobson, creator of the new graphic adaption of "The 9/11 Report," to campus on Monday, October 30. He'll discuss the book, as well as his career as a cartoonist, from 12:30 to 2:00 in Burdine 216. Feel free to pass along this information to your students who are, of course, invited to attend.
Jacobson is a former managing editor and editor in chief at Harvey Comics, where he created a number of characters (among them Richie Rich). He also is a former executive editor at Marvel Comics. If you haven't seen this very compelling take on the 9/11 Report, I encourage you to stop by PAR 3 and take a look at one of the copies we have available for perusal.
